Pros
The only "pros" I can think of are the people around me. Not necessarily my coworkers, but the people that work inside of the plant I work at. Transfer opportunities throughout the U.S.
Cons
No raises. VERY LITTLE room for advancement. Upper management are worthless. High turnover rate. 401k is a complete joke. Their pay is a joke for the headache and stress. They weasel their way out of paying you anything you're actually owed. They don't pay actual 1.5x for holiday pay,they use clauses and loopholes to avoid paying what you actually worked. Upper management and employers look down on officers like they're scum of the earth.
