Cons
So far I have not really found many if at all. Generally the company has been a great place to work to date and I've suffered no real downsides. Sometimes the lack of communication between areas of the business can be seen as frustrating but this is really easily overcome if you are willing to put in the work, generally people appreciate the fact you have made the effort to reach out to them and are ready to offer help or feedback where necessary.
