Pros
Privately held company, so the owner was able to make good decisions for the "long-term" even if it meant some bumps in the short term.
Cons
After the merger with Elk Corporation, I saw a major change, and not for the better. Also, no work/life balance. Expectations were high, and people resources were limited.
