      Pros

      The product itself, strong financials of the company, work-life balance for the most part, 401k, on-site gym and dry cleaning service, some social employee events are great. Direct engagement with industry partners and contractors. Some community engagement.

      Cons

      Weak HR that doesn't practice what they preach, disrespectful behaviors at leadership level are consistently ignored for some teams, low morale, no focus on staff development, too bureaucratic. Unequitable bonus plans. Lacks the spirit of inclusion at top level.

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
