      Salary and Benefits were very good at GAF. Additionally - there was a great deal of opportunity to contribute to the team.

      Cons

      Changes to update processes & approach were slow to adopt and many change agents were not utilizing change management principles to bring the GAF family along.

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
