Horrible culture - Anonymous employee GAF Employee Review

Horrible management and supervisors. They tend to treat people below them like crap. They don’t respect anyone who isn’t same level as them. They talk bad about everyone and belittle others. They like to be sarcastic. Definitely not a professional environment. They promote discrimination. They treat females and minors like crap. One of the supervisors yelled at one of the female operator and she went home shaking. One of the supervisors threw tissue box at an operator. Both of those supervisors are still there. There’s no team work at Mt Vernon. No one trust anyone. If it’s not their idea, they won’t listen to you. I wouldn’t recommend this plant to anyone. Stay away if you are a female or minor. No one should go through the stress of working here. Most of the good employees left and are planning on leaving.
