New CEO must go, Back in office 4 days in Sept, and possibly 5 days come January. Unfairness is what upsets me a GAF. How can it be ok for some departments to work fully remote and for others they need to be in the office. Especially when they do the same it’s just a matter of residential vs. commercial or Corporate vs. plant. How is it ok for certain people to make an exception for and not others?? I’m not saying we shouldn’t be in the office a few days a week but why do we need to go back to 4/5 days a week?? The 3/2 models was working for my group and if it wasn’t it’s because managers of other departments weren’t enforcing it. If GAF cares about their employees maybe you should consider their mental health/stress . We proved during Covid working remote can be accomplished. The remote employees get to take advantage on cost savings on expenses which isn’t fair either.
