      You get a paycheck Steady work

      Unachievable metrics imposed on employees so that at the end of the year performance reviews are low and raises are next to nothing. No bonuses. Incredibly high claim count per Adjuster. Extremely high turnover of both management and staff.

      Pros

      Overall great company to work for especially for brand new adjusters. Training program is pretty good and they are improving every time. Gainsco is growing a ton, best thing is they love to promote within. As long as you hit your metrics and keep a clean diary they give you a chance.

      Starting Pay is quite low compared to other carriers
