      Pros

      I been an employee since 2008 when I moved to Texas. I have held various positions within the underwriting department and now in Claims. The wealth of knowledge I have gained is beyond amazing, I can truly say that at GAINSCO had work always pays off

      Cons

      Amazing enough nothing comes to mind as in any work environment they're good days and not so pleasant ones.

      Metrics are ridiculous. A conversation is a conversation but you have to speak on certain topics.

      Pros

      Overall great company to work for especially for brand new adjusters. Training program is pretty good and they are improving every time. Gainsco is growing a ton, best thing is they love to promote within. As long as you hit your metrics and keep a clean diary they give you a chance.

      Cons

      Starting Pay is quite low compared to other carriers
