Here is where the CONS came in for me personally
- alright there is a lot of training initially, you don't feel prepared fully for what you will be doing, and there's not muh of a development culture going on. You get trained on the concept of how it works, the product and the business model, but don't really get trained on how to do it great.
- the job itself is actually very hard, (maybe because of lack of training) felt like I was thrown on to a computer, given a section and then told to somehow find business so it was a bit tough.
Overall: it's a cool place to work for, you do learn quite a lot and no matter how good of a sales person you are, you still manage to take away something positive from the experience and learn something new if it's just a stepping stone, or you make this place work for you and progress through the company.
