Pros
Huge learning opportunities, massive resources. Great leadership development programs and training. Talented people and chance to work on meaningful projects. Predominately a meritocracy at least at the lower levels.
Cons
Terrible work life balance. Salaries not commensurate with the level of performance expectation as compared to other companies. Too much focus on making the short term numbers at the expense of doing the right thing for the long term.
