      Pros

      1. Great people, positive & friendly, for me the biggest strength of the company 2. Dynamic, one of the fastest pivoting companies in the world with respect to its size 3. Finance is not treated as accounting or figures department, Finance is a strong if not the strongest function in the management 4. The integrity is the biggest strength in culture, I strongly believe in values of equality & compliance of the company

      Cons

      1. Working hours are more than regular in a working day in general for Finance 2. The pro of fast pivoting can be dangerous for the job security depending on your country / business etc.

      Pros

      My first job after college and my internship was a great experience. I learned a lot about medical devices and the medical device industry, and I even got promoted to site leader pretty quickly.

      Cons

      My training was nonexistent; I learned everything from medical device service manuals. In my region, a billion-dollar company offered no bonuses or decent pay, and the management was micromanaging and horrible.
