No more the iconic GE !! - Anonymous employee GE Employee Review

I have seen steady decline of GE in last 5 years. Managers are truly people manger, lack technical expertise and has no long time vision. Mentoring is hard to come by. There is race to to climb corporate ladder and always led to ego clashes and people down the line are the worst victims. Lots of favorism and buttering. Except for few ( technical / leadership, I truly respect), it has become a junk yard. Stop "you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours" policy.
