Pros
- Leadership development programs are incredible - Work with very diverse teams, some of the smartest people I have and ever will meet - Ability to work in several different business models under one GE umbrella
Cons
- LONG hours in finance roles - Expectations are difficult to meet, the bar is always one level higher than current performance - The goal of CFO jobs is primarily to meet the operating plan numbers... using whatever levers necessary
