Pros
They don't have competitive salary, but acceptable. The other benefits are stock + pension plan. You have to spend many years working here to get good pay by increasing salary 3% per year. Many legacy products are still under development and maintenance, so most likely you will use some technics out-of-update.
Cons
Good company culture, work-life balance is much depending on your profession behavior. Too many issues are there all the time, you adjust work-life balance if nobody pushing you.
