Pros
Ge is a fantastic company to develop your leadership. It is strongly transparent and compliance. The customersecond are really the focus.
Cons
I can't say if it is general. But the benefits promised at the beginning of hiring process is not entirely supplied when you are in.Maybe due the nature of business, there is not a focus on priorities. Everything is priority and it changes all the time. Lack of responsibility role definition.
