      Ability to move within GE divisions. Interesting work and good people. Flexible work schedule within reasonable confines. Decent benefits package.

      Cons

      GE culture clashes with culture of the company GE acquired (Smiths Aerospace). Ability to play GE 'game' seems more important than proficiency.
