      Pros

      Excellent benefits, Education benefits are great. Hires people with disabilities and works very hard to make sure employees are properly trained for thier positions.

      Cons

      Difficult to advance within. Low salaries in Phoenix, AZ. Had to work 60 hours every pay period to make ends meet.
