      Pros

      Great reputation, good mentorship, lots of volunteering and networking opportunities

      Cons

      They get lost in the bureaucracy and the processes, which can be extremely convoluted. Imbalance of amount of work between teams. Very few off-program roles available for Leadership Programs.
