      Pros

      Well known for leadership development programs and a world class level of investment in giving exposure to early career people on different areas of commercial organizations and exposure to leadership. Highly recommend, I also made many life long friendships

      Cons

      Not great job placement after program, especially with the general turmoil of bigger GE as an organization. Always changing, I was caught up in a round of lay offs but I don’t have any regrets. It was relatively easy to find another job and I had great qualifications!

      Pros

      My first job after college and my internship was a great experience. I learned a lot about medical devices and the medical device industry, and I even got promoted to site leader pretty quickly.

      Cons

      My training was nonexistent; I learned everything from medical device service manuals. In my region, a billion-dollar company offered no bonuses or decent pay, and the management was micromanaging and horrible.
