Business Outlook
Pros
Lots of opportunity to take on responsibility and own a part, product or process. Good salary and working in GE provides a lot of interaction with other businesses and a very competent collection of people. Many opportunities to connect globally. Good set of tools and the business is investing heavily in the future. Business outlook is positive.
Cons
Transportation is a tough industry - unrealistic to expect a lot of cuddling and praise. GE has a strong performance culture so may be difficult to adapt if you are coming from a "business as usual" culture.
