Pros
Can't do much better than GE aviation if you're a machine operator. They have cutting edge machines and robotics now. Overtime usually available.
Cons
Lot's of office politics, BLATANT nepotism, and very cliquey. You can make 5000 great parts, but scrap ONE and you'll never hear the end of it. The pay structure changed around 2020 to this tiered BS, so you start off making less per hour as a new hire.
