      Good work life balance Standard pharmaceutical rep package - car, 401k plus matching, good medical Received 3 weeks vacation to start plus off between Christmas and New Years

      It was very hard to get promoted out of the field Had a very big good old boys club Compensation could fluctuate greatly, depending on management structured the comp plan for the quarter
