      The pay is good, Management are really nice, not at all a bad work environment.

      Cons

      PTO is paid out yearly which makes it hard to afford a vacation.

      Good training. Not too demanding in the learning curve.

      Cons

      Not a whole lot of work where I live. Working out of town 1 day a week part-time with a long commute.

      Your surrounded by good people. Some clients may feed you though it purely coincidence.

      Cons

      Poor upper management, Poor training, Poor Staff community. Vehicles are temperamental, and long work hours.
