Cons
Not a stable or well-managed environment. U.S. operations are dictated by European executive management, that neither understands nor communicates clear directives. Major airline revenue is highly sensitive to economic factors that will continue to create a cycle of hiring & lay-offs. Also visible is a distinct glass ceiling for women.
