      Pros

      Health benefits. Career growth. Employee benefits - program to help fund continued education is the top benefit.

      Cons

      CNAs get pulled from their floor to "sit" with dementia, suicide, etc. patients. This is the worst when working third shift with a patient who is sleeping through the night, doesn't want the tv on and sit in silence.

      Pros

      Worked fully remote which worked for me. Great health benefits. Worked for health plan not clinical.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for growth without a college degree. Typical corporate where they cut resources and make big demands. Many long time employees which I thought was a pro at first, but realized they are stuck in old ways and don’t really want to hear a fresh new perspective or even spend time developing new people. As someone with ambition and interest in contributing, I felt stuck, limited, and bored.
