      Pros

      The benefits are nice working for a healthcare company, and they make a habit of hiring great talent so you get to work with some terrific people.

      Cons

      The leadership completely lacks focus. We are always bouncing from one "top priority" to another without ever fully realizing any of them. Consequently the work load is perpetually high and we are constantly pushing for the next milestone without any breaks in pressure.

      Pros

      Worked fully remote which worked for me. Great health benefits. Worked for health plan not clinical.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for growth without a college degree. Typical corporate where they cut resources and make big demands. Many long time employees which I thought was a pro at first, but realized they are stuck in old ways and don’t really want to hear a fresh new perspective or even spend time developing new people. As someone with ambition and interest in contributing, I felt stuck, limited, and bored.
