      Pros

      I worked in a small department at Holy Spirit and loved my job. My supervisor and the director were encouraging, respectful, and always available. I looked forward to getting up every day and going into work. The health benefits (which included dental and vision) were great and tuition reimbersment was a plus.

      Cons

      The pay for my position wasn't great, but I was afraid to negotiate when I was hired and was excited to have a decent job in my field of study.

      Pros

      Worked fully remote which worked for me. Great health benefits. Worked for health plan not clinical.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for growth without a college degree. Typical corporate where they cut resources and make big demands. Many long time employees which I thought was a pro at first, but realized they are stuck in old ways and don’t really want to hear a fresh new perspective or even spend time developing new people. As someone with ambition and interest in contributing, I felt stuck, limited, and bored.
