      Work Schedule (Monday-Friday day shift. No holiday/No weekend requirement) Benefits package

      Cons

      Lack of communication between departments and from upper level management. Unmanageable work load. Management only cares about quantity, not quality of work Upper level management in the case management department lack appropriate people skills and several do not have the experience one would think is required to be in those positions.

      Pros

      Worked fully remote which worked for me. Great health benefits. Worked for health plan not clinical.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for growth without a college degree. Typical corporate where they cut resources and make big demands. Many long time employees which I thought was a pro at first, but realized they are stuck in old ways and don’t really want to hear a fresh new perspective or even spend time developing new people. As someone with ambition and interest in contributing, I felt stuck, limited, and bored.
