- Not just that several rounds of down-sizing across the organization have created chaos and unsafety and the moral is low, but also people feel like going to the office feels like attending funeral everyday! - Loss in trust of the leadershop. I don't want to get to the details of this, but the way leadership made decisions on layoff people has been disapointing！ - Putting company ahead of employees. I see a lot of people around me were treated unfairly. So many examples!
