Unfair promotion policies Because of cliques, you can feel left out / undervaled They delivered the big OE announcement but there were so many unknowns. I feel like they know exactly WHO is going to get laid off and they aren't telling. It is like they want to use people up and then dump them. It is hard to "drink" the kool-aid when you know the big wigs are just blowing a lot of hot air. Mixing the Roche and Genentech culture is as sucsessful as mixing oil and water.
