Pros
Wonderful people, great mission and good physical work environment/employee benefits at South San Francisco campus. The GNE management team is really working to maintain as much of the "old" GNE culture as possible -- much appreciated.
Cons
Being a subsidiary of Roche; working in global roles (hours, intensity, lack of senior management shared values around people and compensation between Roche and GNE). The day-to-day work experience for GNE Commercial vs. GNE global groups (Tech Ops, Product Development in particular) are completely different as the global groups serve a different master (Roche).
