Siloed work environment. Limited mobility - Program Financial Analyst General Atomics Employee Review

Not a very interesting or exciting company. Work with multiple systems that don't always function very well. This causes many cases of rework. Job aids and processes aren't well defined or developed. Everything is very manual with minimal to no automation in place. Expect to gradually receive a heavier work load without added compensation. Program management is sometimes rude and doesn't seem to have much knowledge outside of logistics.
