      Mid-Management only has the authority to say "no". Some managers who have never executed project management at GA will deny requests to improve project execution because the denial is the only action they can perform.

      Great team with lots of smart people. Great raises and bonuses. Flexibility to move around within company to explore other career paths. 9x80 schedule is awesome.

      Many processes are slow and not tailored for space.
