Pros

- Excellent health benefits and work schedule. - Great tuition reimbursement program. - Excellent wellness/recreation program and private fitness centers. - Work is fascinating, and constantly changes. - Coworkers are friendly and helpful, most have diverse backgrounds. - Easy to apply for new positions within the company once you have your foot in the door. - Perform above expectations, demonstrate a willingness to learn new roles, and management will promote accordingly.

Cons

- Compensation scales, job titles, and job descriptions are ambiguous. - Pay raises are generally low, bonuses are mediocre. - Archaic and inefficient paper trailing of documents. - Management seems to communicate ineffectively, causing employees to work extended hours and weekends to meet constantly shifting deadlines. - Other than new hire training, organizational training is virtually non-existent. - Mismatched 90's office furniture and uncomfortable chairs. - "Holiday" party is limited to employees only. - After 3 years, I still have no clue what HR does.

Pros

Good working environment Exciting projects Great coworkers (for the most part, like any place)

Cons

Like any maturing company, it has become more and more top-heavy, placing more and more emphasis on project management and milestones, sometimes over bread-and-butter engineering. I could have half the PMs I have now and do a better job
