      Some of the employees there were likable, good people.

      Cons

      Worked for the mwhen they were CSRA. Authoritarian company that treats people like children. Everything is about control. The company is greedy and does not give raises. Many other employees have agreed with their own situation.

      Good pay and flexible telecommute options

      Cons

      Extremely basic benefit offerings. There also seems to be a very wide chasm between GDIT internal (management/corporate) and front-line staff who are focused on the contract.
