      They are a DoD Company dedicated on providing the best possible support to the US Navy. They offer a great deal.

      Cons

      Although they are great to work for, as a contractor one is limited to the customer being supported and personal goals may not line up.

      Good pay and flexible telecommute options

      Cons

      Extremely basic benefit offerings. There also seems to be a very wide chasm between GDIT internal (management/corporate) and front-line staff who are focused on the contract.
