Pros
Great engineering team. Benefits are ok. Work is challenging. Customer is for the most part reasonable. Support staff is always helpful.
Cons
Management team is average always pushing for high risk schedules. Treat engineers like pawns moved around in a game board. Unreasonable expectations on amount a time to spent on the job. Unbalanced live-work. Very slow to hire needed staff. No sense of community. Have been cutting down on the benefits steadily in recent years. Ver poor annual pay increases.
