      Pros

      Great supervision, Great pay (for subs), no micromanaging if you know your stuff, lunchtime cookouts, all your PPE is available for free! If you really love to weld and take pride in first time quality this is a great job!

      Cons

      It can be physically quite demanding at times especially in the summer.

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities to learn and everyone is extremely nice. Working hours 6:30-3 which is nice to have the whole rest of your day.

      Cons

      No intern program, it’s what you make of it. Plenty of opportunities but you have to go out and grab them.
