Pros
Competitive salary, rotational programs make it great place to grow as a new hire. Management truly wants you to succeed and they will do everything in their power to ensure that you do. Life at the plant is fast paced and exciting...especially if you like a work atmosphere where something different happens everyday.
Cons
Depending on location, you may be putting in very long hours, including weekends. Some of the locations are not ideal either. If you want to move up quickly through the company, you have to be willing to relocate. With that said, successful employees are usually rewardeed with new opportunites.
