      The only benefit is that you learn Genesys apps.

      Cons

      No promotions, no recognition for hard work. Technical Support Management does not have any value for quality work and never supports in any movement within the company for a progress in career and creates obstacles by not giving appropriate genesys skills for development after any attempts to move within the company.

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
