      I've seen our culture become more cut throat, ruthless and politically motivated - It isn't what it once was and has lost its soul

      Great environment. Lots of opportunity for growth

      Not many. It's a fast moving place so people need to be comfortable with that.

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
