Pros
With all the open positions and people leaving they will have a brand new young staff to mold in no time. I guess that's a positive.
Cons
We sold an Iconic company to Silicon Valley, and it shows. We went from creative and fun to 'does it make money?' While I think we all understand numbers, you've bled out the culture you promised to keep. Especially, since all the people that built this place are gone. We are losing 4 times the amount of people we usually do month over month.
