      Pros

      the direct selling management team is talented, they treat their sales rep well and pay well but due to the Alcatel management changes this could change

      Cons

      The channel management team is clueless. Genesys talks about moving to a more channel focused company but their strategy is failing.

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
