      Pros

      As Genesys is a innovative and fast pace there is always opportunity to grow your experience. In a open culture you can share ideas and add your own contribution in a great way. There are many opportunities to grow your career. A mix of entrepreneurial style but highly professional makes it a great place to work. Something we ask ourselves often, what can I do to grow Genesys?

      Cons

      Consider Genesys only if you're looking for a job which isn't precisely defined. Don't expect 9 to 5 mentality. You can always do more then your official job profile tells you and in fact that's the essence of the great culture at Genesys. Go beyond borders. Be open for change. Think ahead. If that doesn't fit you, Genesys isn't your company.

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
