Pros
Genesys is very forward thinking and sets up a wonderful environment for people who can work well on their own. Their work from home and open time off policies are great, and you can truly work from anywhere.
Cons
Management very easily gets overrun with tasks, letting smaller items get lost. With such a large company, I'm sure individual teams have different experiences; however, there have been many times that I've been set up to have a pair programming session or have had a question that just never ends up being recognized.
