A great technology based company that valued and treated its employees well universally. Now the most common "pros" to be found are that you get free perks if and only if you work at HQ like free gym membership. If you're in a field organization and like Fireball or Jager shots, you're in luck as the VP of Sales is likely to be handing them out for free at annual Kickoff after he tells you your comp plan will be 3 months late.
Cons
This company brags out giving great CX, but today this only applies if you're a Cloud customer. All premise commitments to customers and partners were abandoned in favor of the relentless pursuit of Cloud that has failed to meet expectations. A comp plan that you can trust Finance to follow as much as you might trust a politician kissing babies during election season.
