-Management micromanages, does not offer support in times of difficulty, makes employees work over their responsibilities. Does not care about growth and development of employees potential and treats employees with disrespect. -Toxic environment that expects you to always be on call during paid breaks for the possibility of enrollment. -Leadership does not have the soft skills to be leaders, highly disorganized, and -Keeps adding to workload without proper compensation, when someone leaves it's a Dominio effect others leave too because does not have a proper system in place to ease transition. -I highly recommend that you try to find employment elsewhere, turnover is bad, lose employees within a year time
