One of the finest institutions. Great benefits. Some really brilliant young minds.
Cons
Low salaries. Projects are not staffed with the right resources to be successful. Processes are disjointed and do not make sense. There's not a healthy appreciation for talent because most people have been with the organization for a very long time and have no other frame of reference but the Tech way.
