Pros

GT allows undergraduate students to work, you can be a TA, and the first semester you will get credit but the other semesters you'll be paid between 8 - 10 dollars per hour working. It's ok work, not that impressive really. You have to submit a weekly timesheet.

Cons

If you are an undergraduate researcher you only get paid about $8 - $10 hour.

Pros

- Free Housing - Meal Plan - One of the better on campus job for students in my opinion (still able to be involved in other activities as a student on campus)

Cons

- Duty part of the job (Being on call and getting late night lock outs but this is rare), and definitely can still do homework in between doing duty rounds - experience can also depend on your hall director / area (but regardless still served on great RA teams, can be great if you have a co-ra but also been good at time being a single RA on the floor (no need to coordinate schedule if you do events together as a single RA unless you alternate events with your co)
